I will be taking the GRE tomorrow, which will in turn have a big impact on my acceptance to graduate school. Let's be honest, I want cake, ice cream, and cookies all at the same time to reduce my stress. In place of that I will take a nice run this afternoon and pound out my stress on the pavement.

Which GRE are you taking - subject test or general? What grad school are you applying to? I'm a second year grad student in Neuroscience so if you have any questions, I will try to help! Don't be too stressed about it, the programs that I applied to didn't care all that much about the GRE score, they were much more interested in previous (research) experience, your personal statement, and your letters of recommendation. I don't know what your background is, but the math section of the general one is only up to algrebra and maybe some trig. I had a much harder time with the vocab section, and got a pretty bad score, but I'm going to Yale so it clearly didn't hurt me. I also took the Biochem subject test, which I also didn't do that well on, but most programs didn't require that score. I had a friend who took the Psychology one and she said it was really easy. That's all I know about the GRE's so relax, have a good night's rest, and GOOD LUCK!!!

Hey, Thanks for your interest. I'm taking the general GRE. I've studied a good bit so I'm just ready to be done at this point. I'm applying to Clemson University (not sure if you've heard of it?) It's in South Carolina. I want to go to graduate school for student affairs! I am a current student at Clemson and don't want to go anywhere else, I love it here! Thanks again! Hope to hear about your weight loss adventures soon! Good luck!
