I think I've figured out how to do this a bit better now lol. This is handmade Turkey meatballs (7% fat but drained as well) (Turkey, onion, garlic, oregano, egg, wholemeal breadcrumbs, parsle, chili powder, smoked paprika) in Bolognese sauce on spaghetti with red and yellow pepper and spinach. 6 portions came to just under £6.80 (can live with that) and 555 calories. Was aiming for under 500 calories but Aldi got ransacked and there was no wholewheat pasta lol
