I too have gained weight after surgery. I had 2 back surgeries, with the last one about 2 1/2 years ago and have gained 20 pounds since then, plus I was 25 pounds overweight to begin with. I know that health issues can make it harder to exercise, but I don't want to continue to make that excuse, because I can always be more active than I am, and can eat healthier.
