Hard to get all my protein and water in. Water seems to get caught in my chest. I have been adding crystal light and its a little better I have increased my protein from last week. I think that is why I was at a stand still from weight loss. I mean I only lost 1 pound in a week and I know for sure that is not normal when I just had gastric by pass on December 19! I know everyone is different yet I get discouraged when I see others that are losing faster. I read this girl and she lost 49 pounds in 2 months. I know for a fact that will totally not be me.
I saw online this challenge about doing exercise for 100 days straight. I am trying it and this is my second day. I had to force myself but I want to see if there is any progress after exercising. I wont weigh myself until Monday.
