I don’t count Calories now, traveling at the moment and hopefully will be able to fly to Australia soon. And then two weeks quarantine. So I won’t be able to choose the food and it will be quite unhealthy. I would say that it will be a three weeks experiment on me maintaining the weight, without counting kcal and if I can live normally without constantly thinking about calories in every piece of food I get and not gaining weight.
