@dewi aku blm pnh nyoba soy protein sih, tp yg pasti apapun Suplemen protein nya, kuncinya tetap di aktifitas fisik kita, kalo konsisten olah raga, lama2 otot kita jg akan berkembang, apalagi kalo olah raganya ditambah angkat beban
