Whew! Just got home from work I had to work as a CNA/CMT so I'm wore out I had a work out for 6 hours! Slow walk for most of the other 2 I'm glad I normally do office work during the week cause I don't think my bad back could take much more. I ate @ work today I'm about to put it in. I also had a bag of my favorite chips I hope it won't do to much damage. Update: Over on points,calories and way over on fat but I put in alot of activtiy too.

So to close this week out almost I exercised 4 days so far and stayed within my points almost for 3 so all and all I'll call it a good week. I'm not weighing in till Monday though that's my weigh day.

I did CNA work everyday normal shift plus three doubles a week for almost two years. I feel your pain! That type of work/Job is SO very hard on the body. Especially if you work with dependent cliental. Good job on your 8 hour workout (the 2 walking around is still quite a workout when you are a CNA and NOT use to the workload yet!) Great job!!
