very very thankful i'm only up 3 pounds since the last time i weighed myself! of course, i also ate before i stepped on the scale, so that could be inaccurate.
even so, i need to get back into a lot of the habits i neglected over the holidays. i'm starting my exercise routine back up tonight, and i'm going to be more conscious of what i eat and how much water i drink!
