Ubi ungu (aku pake dikit kira2 seukuran 2-3 jari) di kupas trus di rebus. Klo udh mateng, aku blender pake susu non fat, ksh gula tropicana / diabetasol. Trus tinggal susun yogurt plain di gelas, tuang blenderan ubi & susu td. Utk takaran, kira2 aja sesuai selera. Rasanya enaaaakkk bangeeetttt & super duper kenyang 😊

Waduh.. sya gak tau ya brp kalori krn gak ada yg di timbang. Tp aku pake yogurt plain, pemanis diabetasol & susu non fat. Bahan2nya kan udh rendah kalori semua 😊
