Right!! time to 🛑. 2lbs up on what I was on Sunday, I know it’s a combination of lots of things, however, it is also, The odd cupcake, the odd biscuit, a couple of drinks extra and a larger portion of dinner than I should. There is no need for it. Food eh 🥺🙄.
