oh well, maybe weighing in once a week might be better, I mean really... how much weight can a person lose in a day unless they're trying to make weight in sports for an event or r just hard core dieting, which ain't happening around the holidays. or even once every 3 days, I'll try that. Eager to get that nice drop tho, just gotta be a little more disciplined and less scale obsessed. And log log log meals for accountability, just thinking out loud here, venting a bit.
