Just got back from a 2 week vaction yesterday. I am feeling so fat and frumpy from all the crap I ate while I was in Michigan. I gained back 2 of the 6 pounds I orginally lost.
Today I ate 3 slices of pizza only because we had it leftover and I had not gone food shopping yet.
Tomorrow is the first day of the rest of my life. Eating right and working out with a friend!!
