Today I am going to try something a little different. I also believe that I am not eating enough, so I am boosting my food intake a little. I am going to eat no less than my points so that I can feel satisfied and see what happens then. It can't be any worse than what I have experienced the last few days.

They do say it's important to keep the points up. The metabolism thing. You can do it! Eat enough, exercise, and you'll drop.
