WOOOO HOOOO!!! I've officially made my mini-goal of 125 lbs lost! (125.8 to be exact)
I'm giddy. Next mini-goal: 14.2 more lbs to come in at 200 lbs. Projections are showing that I should hit that sometime between Feb 5 and Feb 12. It will be a great birthday present, if I hit it by then. :D
In the meantime, I'll just sit over here in a corner, giggling merrily to myself. Nobody mind me. I'll try and keep it down. :D

@Buttercup, I've been doing a few things. First, I have been doing one part of something that is called "intermittent fasting" (usually abbreviated "IF"). IF is where you creatively shift your calories out of one time-frame, and put them in another, but your overall calories remain the same. The one I do is called a "16:8", where I fast entirely for 16 hours a day, and then for 8 hours (for me, from noon until 8PM) I eat all my planned daily calories. My daily calories are no less than I would have otherwise eaten, but the fasting really helps me to *not worry about food at all* during times I shouldn't be eating. Then for the 8 hours I can eat, there is more food per hour than if I didn't do the fasting, so the food I do get is very satisfying. Additionally, I try to hit at least 80 grams of protein every day. For me, that usually means at least one or two protein shakes a day. Other than that, I try to keep most of my portion sizes smaller than normal, drink A LOT of water, get lots of sleep. Up until I caught a really bad cold, I was also working out at least 3 or 4 days a week (a half hour of cardio, and an hour of weights). All these things together really helped me out.
