last month, i felt that my body is feeling bored from my diet routine and i feel stressful, too. What i did, last 4 days, i ate than my calories should be just to move my weight little bit (at NEW YEAR PARTIES loool). I gained one pound, but i started my diet again. I feel more comfortable now. I gonna do it this year! Gonna reach my weight that i am so close to it! I won't let this chance to be lost from my hand!
