Christmas Season took a toll, but not as badly as previous years! I remember a few years back coming out of the other end of the silly season 5kg heavier!
This year I must admit I didn't deny myself, but kept a watchful eye on what exactly I put in my mouth.
To my horror, I've discovered I have a sweet tooth! Sounds wierd but I didn't think I had a sweet tooth.
I'm going to have to watch that.
Ciao for now.
