I feel great! This past year I have relearned how to eat healthier and keep the weight off. I fit in clothes I haven't worn in 3 years or more and have lost an average of 10" from breast to thighs. I actually have one jean skirt I used to wear when I was 19 years old and I was able to put it on, zip & button it up and breath. It's been 32 & a half years ago. I want to say, recording your food and activities help so much. I see exactly what I'm eating everyday, and it helps me stay on track. I've taken 2 weeks off from recording my food because of the busy holiday stuff, but because I have been doing it for over a year, I still managed to stay of track & I feel awesome at 51.
50.6 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
