Calorie intake isn't looking great today but I'm trying...just can't keep much down with the stomach bug...hopefully I'll be able to eat my dinner and keep it down. Fingers crossed. I want to lose weight but not this way.

It is never easy when sick. Are you finding it easier to keep liquids down? It would keep your fluid levels up if you have having troubles keeping food down, and give some nutrition. Feel better soon!

I hope you get to feeling better soon! Hang in there!! Try some ginger tea, it helps with nausea. Just sip it, no matter how infrequently.

I drank Green tea all day, and I'm feeling a lot better. I was able to eat dinner and lord was I hungry from not eating. Thanks everyone. I think I've gotten through the worst of it.

I'm glad your feeling better!! Stomach ick is the worst. :( And green tea is just an Awesome thing. :) Always makes me feel better too!
