kinda maintaining. I had a Blast putting on a Turkey dinner. and made 2 home made pies crust and all. Homegrown tart cherry/BlackBerry & pumpkin. real sugar. It's been 10 yrs. I did make a cranberry sauce from berries with swerve confectioners, cinnamon, grapefruit zest (didn't have a lemon), vanilla extract. I found myself a new treat. Next time I make that I'm going to add a little instant tapioca. I did weigh as low as 150lbs Wed before Thanksgiving and now 161lbs. About where I want to be till I can start to add muscle back.
