Just completed week 1 of C25K, going to keep posting on here to try and keep me on track. Hopefully next week will feel more rewarding.

Hi, I did couch25k in the summer- restarting again. I find that a brisk 10/15min walk before really helped. Good luck 😃

I quiet like walking, it's not uncommon for me to walk 5-6 miles with my dog. Im trying to add this as an extra. Hope you find it easier than I am lll

Thanku. Having a dog definitely gives that insensitive to get even more active.

hi I started doing c25k in april took me 5 months to complete it. I am in no way a runner but now run between 5 and 6k 3 times a week and lost 2 stone. using this app to try and get the lastc10lb off....I will get there!! keep preserving with it you will love it....eventually x
