I am still a newlywed, and while my husband swears he doesn't see any weight gain, I want to get back to the weight I was when we met.
I can gain 20 lbs in a short time, and I've played this yo-yo weight thing for too long.
I now have a desk job, something I've never had before. I've always had very active jobs, construction, bi box retail, etc, so I'm definately afraid I'm not going to be able to loose the weight very well this time. Add a fair amount of stress to the job and well, I'm just hoping for the scale to go down instead of up.
