Everyone has their own tastes when it comes to food - for me it's a blessing and a curse that I love ALL food - obviously the curse part is overeating but the blessing is that I don't struggle with dieting quite as much as my friends. I literally LOVE salsa - so substituting salsa as a topping on a number of things is FUN for me. My friends, not so much.. also they turn their noses up at what I consider deliciousness like canned tomatoes with chili powder added for a snack/lunch item. I don't think I could stick to low calories if I didn't have salsa in the house and of course a selection of fresh veggies like peppers, tomatoes,mushrooms and onions. These items are really the staples of my diet..whatever meat or other item I eat - these will be reoccurring entries on my food diary..YUMO!! Also, it's the morning of day four and the scale hasn't crept back up..I wonder how long the water loss etc. takes to adjust itself?? I really really want to enter my new weight but I'm still worried about that water weight coming back and throwing me off...
