Week 1 is over, wasnt really trying to lose weight, but have been eating more healthier. But week 2 is about walking each day for 30 mins and No soda!
117.4 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 47.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
