The days you don't want to train or when it is a challenge to fit it in are the days that really count. The difference between being normal or hardcore! I choose hardcore every time!

I know what you mean, I start to train martial arts, in January and loved it but covid lockdowns and living in a very high rate area has put a stop to that, so will have to push myself to run even when I can be bothered. Hopefully I will learn to love it.
