Want to get serious about Induction again. Need all my Fatsecret Atkins buddies to give me some ideas. It would be great to help each other with our plans. Let's start out the New Year right.

Cindy - do you have any of the books, or access to the atkins.com site (it's free). Always a good idea to review, and print a copy of the Inductions foods list. (sometimes surprises people what they let themselves get used to ...thinking it was Induction friendly...but it's nowhere on the list...hmmm!) Try eating a clean menu for a full two weeks, and keep up w/ your water...then re-evaluate how that is going. Be sure to log your food intake every day, so you can see what your calories, fats, proteins look like when the two weeks are up. Then see on average how you did weight loss wise over each week. Not each day, each week - 1-2 pounds would be great! If you have no losses, or less than the one pound a week...then you will need to look at those calories, fats and proteins to see if something is messing up the waterworks. Either that...or perhaps some of the more obvious, like too much cheese, atkins bars, or artificial or hidden stuff...those will get you every time. Thanks Paula! I just read your journal entry. Congrats on the skinny compliment. You deserve it with all the hard work that you have done. I'm going to look at your food diary to get some ideas. Thanks for all your help.

you might not find much, as I have been slack in keeping up w/it...but am trying to get back to it more faithfully. Do you have particular areas you need help with...meals, snacks, fats, proteins, etc...???

I need help with a variety in my diet. Also giving up or waiting to eat Atkins bars or shakes is going to be hard for me.
