Bit surprised at quite a relatively large drop, guess weight can fluctuate a bit. It gives me a bit of wiggle room just below my target, think I need that 'in the bank' in readiness for Christmas. Back to shopping on line which, for me, reduces temptation a little bit. But why when you check out on line do they think you want to add loads of chocolate and cake? 😁 The supermarkets should be forced to remove 'favourites', 'things you might like' and 'things others like you bought' at checkout point. That would be much more helpful 😁 although less tasty.
