Week one successfully completed and I'm happy to see a 4.4 lb drop. Exercise was hard with a dicky knee, but I made it and its almost better now. Managed to get out to go swimming this morning - weather has warmed up slightly, most of the snow has melted and it only took 10 mins to defrost car. Frosts are so hard and the temperature doesn't rise much above freezing during the day. Although its been sunny, there's little warmth from it. Its nice to see the mornings and evenings getting lighter though - makes you think spring is on the way. Here's to a succesful Blue Aviators week 2. Keep your eyes peeled for those troopers and the paras.
