Ate 2 ocs of my own homemade pecan pie yesterday and I paid for it last night. My stomach is too small now ( in addition to my cranberry jello salad) and got that terrible indigestion where I knew I was going to throw up....and eventually had to🤯. But today's a new day. New direction for me is to aim for 10 more lbs....I know this will be harder because I have maintained ( yay!!!) this weight for a year but also aiming to walk more at warehouse, too. If I can get surgery done in fall, I can get more loose skin removed (10 lbs?....who knows🤪). Not weighing in until NEXT Saturday.
