Holidays got the best of me, so I will just have to work harder. On a positive note, I am wearing a pair of 48 inch waist jeans that I haven't been able to wear in longer than I care to remember. So although the weight is up a bit my size is down. I am hoping that it means that I have converted some fat into lean muscle. My goal is to get down to 180 pounds and a 34 inch waist. Never give up, never surrender! Wasn't that from the movie Starquest? Tim Allen and Sigourney Weaver?
