So I went online because I wanted to know what exactly how the biggest losers were eating and web md said 4 servings of vegetables and fruits 3 servings of protein, 2 servings wholegrain and 1 serving of 200 calories of whatever. I think I'm gonna try it out along with 1 hour of exercise a day.
