Okay Okay! I give!! I have a problem. It isnt that I am over eating (although I have been doing pretty well at that!) It is much more that I havent been feeding my body right. I have been unintentionally starving my body one day and gorging the next. I bet my metabolism is really confused by now. And I swear it is totally unintentional. It all has to do with what I am doing on a given day and what food is available. I really appreciate the food and exercise journal for bringing this to my attention. I just am not sure how to attack this problem. Do I have to eat the same thing for breakfast, lunch, and dinner everyday? Should I try slimfast? That probably wouldnt be too good for the baby, or would it? Anyway, I lost .6 lbs this week...my "diet" isnt doing so hot.

No, to the slimfast! Also no to eating the same everyday. You can mix it up as long as it is healthy. Find time for you. If that means getting up a bit earlier you can. I have an aversion to carbs so it seems like I eat a lot of the same foods, but that it just because everything has tons of carbs in it. I think if you have no aversion then make yourself and egg one day, then oatmeal(which increases breastmilk), then maybe a bowl of cereal. Limit your junk intake, but eat more, just healthy. If I would have eaten what you did and not kept to a really hard core workout I would have gained 5lbs not stayed the same. You can do this!!!! Do you like string cheese? Or rice cakes? They get a bad rap but the chocolate one or cinnamon ones are great! Those are great snacks to just pick up and go. You only have 16lbs you can do this!!! Next weigh in you will lose!! I know it!!! Make a goal, 5lbs by next thursday or you can't drive for 3 days or something,lol.

Raindrop, are you saying you are pregnant? If so, you can't be on too stringent of a diet.

Don't try slim fast! I tried for months didn't have a substantial weight loss. And I'm hypoglycemic it has a ton of sugar so all it did was mess me up and cost me money $6 for 6 @ Walmart and remember even if you do lose weight with it when you come off you still gotta eat right and exercise so just do it to begin with and keep your money. My aunt also says it messes with some people's hearts.
