I was so excited to have my lowest weight in MONTHS last week, but now I'm up 10 pounds since that weigh-in. I blame the challah french toast, mimosas, and brie. :) I gave in too much to holiday temptation. Now it's time to work hard again. Sprained my ankle Christmas Eve, so there goes my stair climbing for the next couple weeks... The 5:2 plan is the only thing that was really working for me, and I need to get back to it. Today starts today!
