I'm excited for this lose one pound a week diet challenge. :-D

I have already signed up for a 5K along with my coworker on March 22 which is just 4 days before the end of the challenge. Hopefully I can do both!!!

I'm hoping to run 3X/week (right now I can only run about a mile without stopping and its a slow mile... 12 minutes or so) but I know I can do better and will do better as I keep working at it! I'm eating 1,600 calories or less per day, with 1,400 being preferred (the holidays being over will help this greatly). In the last month I've lost almost 5 pounds and I want to keep this ball rolling!!!
