Day 6 BootCamp
Short Day today-although packed with work and errands and yes-even exercise!
Have busy weekend-moving office to the house. So much to do and I keep forgetting to do any of it!
Nothing to report food-wise as fasted today.
ZERO EVERYTHING! Wah, I am hungry but surprisingly feeling okay mentally.

Great job squeezing that exercise in! I hope you didn't breathe any refined air today while you were fasting - I think that's against the rules! :)

Wow...You are one strong gal doing that fast! Don't know how you did it AND exercise too! Kudos to you. :)

wouldn't be great if we could live off air-although someone would figure out how to bread it and fry it and cover it with gravy!
Fasting is not so hard once you get past lunch. I am having a cup of tea now.Chamomile-I love it! Hard part will be not to break the fast with something naughty. Planning on having the brothy shrimp soup again. I am rambling now. 'night!

ROFL, you and amryk always crack me up!! That is so funny!! I also find it hard to fast, I don't do fasting, or snow...or ironing! I love chamomile tea, I just seem to forget to fix a cup! Now that you remind me I think I'll go grab one. Good job keeping up with all that exercise. Is the beast getting his walks in too?
