Hitting another stall point...The number on the scale isn’t moving, but the inches are starting to fall off. Now that I’ve been able to keep up with the diet, I need to focus on incorporating more exercise. Going into the holidays, I need to buckle down the next 6-7 weeks.
77.9 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
