Morning all my wonderful friends! I have been such a worm but I am back (again). Starting on the 12th I am back in phase one. No excuses. I messed up (again). I feel like I should stand up and say (again)...

I have a problem with eating...

I am looking forward to losing the 11 pounds I gained over the last few weeks and to my goal is to lose 25 pounds by March 17.

I have missed my peeps here. Hi peeps!

And I am looking forward to (actually insisting because I need it) shout outs from those of you who have reached a goal (any one) and those who have reached THE goal!
