Had my annual doctor's appointment yesterday. Went well. Second year in a row with not in pre-diabetic range, not high blood pressure and everything else in good range, except my weight. Good news since weight is down, over 65 lbs, from last year's visit, It's all good. My one issue is I'm one inch shorter! Like I could afford to lose another inch!! In my perspective, that equates to less calories I can eat. And that is a bummer! 🙄🙄 I "celebrated" getting doctor's visit over with by eating at DD's. Good company and food. Now to eat less to make up for those calories.

That is amazing!!!! The 65 pounds gone i am sure also makes you feel better! I have lost 2 inches. Over an inch when they fused 4 vertebrae in my neck.

You’re Blessed, great job! I’m still struggling with high glucose and blood pressure highs with 6.1 A1-c so pray for me at 73 yrs old. I’m thinking about trying to eat the same menu daily. I need to exercise but hips and knees are problematic.

Ah peter, I'm not into running or walking long distances. I do weights (prefer the 10 lb), squats, assorted low impact workouts and the recumbent bike. Unfortunately, I don't do that bike often enough. I do my series of exercises about every day.
