Everything has taken a toll. My weight is up. Visiting Lori in Ft. Myers next month and need to get closer to 160. Not sure why I can't resist. I did so good before. I have to find that happy place. One meal at a time. One food at a time. Need to get back to normal BMI before my Dr. appt in March.
77.0 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
