Boy did I have a cheat day today!!! That’s ok. Back at it tomorrow! No actual workout today but a lot of steps. Close to 3000 by 2. Pain level really bad! 8-9 at least. I did get Christmas tree finished with the lights and tree topper and put in place. 😍 Came home from taking Piper to tutoring for an hour and took a good nap. Pain level back around a 6-7 now.
