This was one night in Arizona when I was particularly happy. Now we are back to reality. Even with the masks and social distancing it was really nice to get away. I wish we could have stayed longer. I really miss being around people. I started 16:8 Intermittent Fasting yesterday. I'm going to do it 4-5 days at a time. I'm actually eating my breakfast at 1:00. Plus I'm cutting out wine in the evenings starting today. I need to change things up.
