Added more cardio to workout. Have injury so have to remember to go slow. sticking to 12-8pm food intake time. Using water with small amount of OJ to kill any craving between time.
78.0 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
