A very good day to you all 😊.

I was a very small 7st 12lbs and 5ft nothing for a good portion of my life, I was a breeze rider and moved to the USA where I was riding 20 horses a day. As I got a bit older and had my daughter I moved to a good 8st 4 which was still healthy. I then after 13 years moved back to the UK and after 2 years got very sick and put on over 3 stone in a year, finally I was diagnosed with 2 autoimmune diseases and now take 4 different medications every day, I am optimistic that FS will help keep me on track.

I worked mine out on a TDEE calculator and input that, mine for light exercise is 1,400 to lose 0.5-1lb, so I lessened it to 1200 for 1.5-2lb loss, so I would aim for 1,500 - 2000 and see how you go.

Thanks I thought it was wrong, so I’ll probably aim for 1,200 or 1,400 Max also lost to be honest knowing what to eat for lunches, if you don’t mind me asking what sort of things do you have ? X

I love a wrap, or an omelette sandwich with lots of salad stuffed in, a sweet potato is also a favourite. I am vegetarian so I try to eat protein at lunch

A good one for the office is a bag of spinach salt, pepper & a tiny knob of butter, pop in microwave for 1 minute.

They were a large part of it, but also the medication and the side effects, not forgetting me totally giving up at one point and just not moving.
