didn't want to record this but I'm drowning here. I was in a bad mood for no reason all weekend and didn't track. had a whole bottle of wine Friday at Andrews, made cookies with the kids, banana splits all three days. I must stop this, it's making me feel so gross, I hate my bloated belly!
