Felt like I was on the edge of falling off the tracks all day today. I bought a pack of tortilla chips to have with my dinner, but ended up eating far too many of them for lunch. I was able to control another couple of temptations and ended up less than 100 calories over my target.
I've got 10 days left before I leave for the States. I really want to stay on course until then.

It is harder when you have to be out and about. Travelling, especially for the reason you are travelling will be really difficult. American fast food...wow. Good luck
