i am back to losing just a little bit at a time which is exactly where i want to be. i did way better when i lost a pound or less a week than when i was losing 2 or more because i was able to keep it off for longer periods of time. that's how i like it!8-)
69.3 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
