Last 2 days, i ate fast food KFC & Burger King looool. Actually, i needed to enjoy after 2 weeks of damn working & working! I know it is not healthy, and i should not do, but sometimes we need a rest with friends.
I am coming back again to my track ;). Today, i feel heavy so i will drink more liquids than meals for some days, and for my weight if i (GAINED) loool will be dropped.
