so i decided to watch everything i eat and eat more veges. i looked over my food journal of the past three weeks, and i realized that i'm focusing on eating more protein and fat than i am with vegetables. i haven't been drinking much water either, and i might have been eating a little more cheese than i should have. so maybe thats why i didn't lose that much. SO, i'll cut back on diet sodas and cheese, and i'll try as much as i can to eat more veges.
if anyone has any extra advice please let me know cause gods know i need one !!!

By your chart, you look like you are doing GREAT! I just started Atkins again but I have been on Atkins before with great success, but never move to 2nd phase and blow the diet. This time I am. I believe that if you are on Induction still, a portion of veggies (low carb kind obviously) and then a salad with a protein is plenty. I like the brocc and caul mix. But even salad, you can overdo it w/quantity if not measuring and end up eating more carbs than you want. (example...had a turkey blt salad from Wawa, removed tomatoes because I don't like them...8 carbs for salad, no dressing!) Maybe you want to try moving onto the Ongoing Weight Loss...maybe your body is telling you something.
