Boy oh boy! I'm losing my tech edge..took me forever to get to journal entry. I am here clearly to cut back on my unhealthy eating and to start moving (exercising) much more. Cookies for breakfast? Come on!

But I am not going to focus on weight loss for myself. I know I am really close to my goal weight and if I pay more attention to healthy eating and exercise the rest will follow (especially when I am DONE breastfeeding). I just need a push in the right direction.

You can do it!!! Lucky you only have 16lbs to lose. I can't wait til I have 16lbs to lose. I do however only have 4 more til I get to my first goal and today when I weighed in I am down 30lbs since giving birth, it was a very proud moment for me. Also this is the first time in years I have been this low. You can do it and so can I!!!
