Just finished 25 minutes on treadmill and planning meals for the day. That is the problem with working from home, I always find many other things to do besides work. All is winding down for the holidays in my line of work, last thing to do is to write my own performance review, what ever happened to the days of your boss knowing enough about what you do to be able to write your perf review themselves? Oh well, great opportunity to toot my own horn so to speak or else risk no raise.
Hope you are all having a good day!

Great job with the treadmill, Babs. Hope that you have a great day. Write a great perf review for yourself, and toot away...I am sure you deserve it!

Definitely toot your own horn. The last job I had, my boss still wrote mine but I knew she didn't know half of what I did, so I always gave her a list of my accomplishments about the time I knew she'd be writing....just in case, you know. My DH has had to write his own for years. Sure, his boss adds a line or two, but the bulk of it is done by each employee. The "company line" is that no one writes his/her own. Yeah, right!

By ALL means, Bab, toot your own horn! Hell, most of the time that's the only way the higher-ups have a clue as to what you're doing! Good luck, make it GOOD!
