So, I am in a better mood now that I see some movement on the scale after closing in on week two. Surprising that even with 3 pounds lost I can feel the difference...imagine how it will feel at the 10 pound mark. As I enter the full blow holiday week...a fancy restaurant tomorrow and dinner and drinks at a friend's house, I have to figure out how to "taste not eat" as suggested.
